This website collects your name, email address, phone number, selected service, chosen team member, preferred appointment time, and meeting and language preferences to arrange your appointment with Linssan Inc.
How your details are used
Appointment records are stored for Smaila Diallo, the owner of Linssan Inc., and the employee you selected to review and manage. The selected team member receives a booking alert and may receive an email alert when business email delivery is configured. The team may use your contact details to discuss your request and confirm meeting arrangements. Submitting this form gives permission for appointment-related contact, without signing you up for marketing.
Your private appointment link
After submitting, save the private link shown on the confirmation screen. Anyone who has that link can view your appointment details or cancel it, so keep it private. Confirmation emails are sent in your appointment language. When the SMS service is active and you select optional text consent, Linssan Inc. also sends appointment request, confirmation, change, and cancellation texts. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Status updates always appear at your private link.
Reserved times
Pending requests and confirmed appointments reserve the selected team member for the full appointment duration. Other clients must choose another time or a different available team member. Cancelling releases that reservation. In request mode, working hours and meeting details still need the team’s confirmation.
Keep sensitive information separate
Do not enter Social Security numbers, banking details, immigration documents, identification documents, or other sensitive information into this website. The Linssan team will explain which documents are needed and how to provide them.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule an upcoming appointment at its private link. Choose a new date, time, or available team member. Your current slot stays reserved until the change is saved. Your contact details, chosen service, booking reference, and private link stay the same.
Changes or questions
Use your private link to reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment. Call Linssan Inc. for questions about your appointment or corrections to your booking information.
Keep one active appointment per service. Use your private link to reschedule or cancel before booking that service again. Appointments for different services must not overlap.
